Amir Ronen, CEO
Amir Ronen has served in senior management roles at leading companies. As VP of Marketing & Business Development at M-Systems (previously NSDQ:FLSH), a company that was acquired by Sandisk. In strategic planning at Intel Corp (NSDQ: INTC), and as VP of Strategic Alliances at Saifun (NSDQ:SFUN), a company that was acquired by Spansion. Amir holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg (Northwestern University)-Recanati (Tel-Aviv University) International Executive MBA program.
Tzvia Broida, CFO
Tzvia Broida has served as a member of the executive team of Jacada, (NASDAQ: JCDA). In her role as Chief Financial Officer she took an active role in the company’s strategic processes, managed and participated in numerous M&A and Due-Diligence processes, was responsible for planning, controlling and directing the organization’s corporate accounting and finance activities, and was responsible for all Investor relation activities. Previously, Mrs. Broida worked as an accountant at the accounting firms of Yehuda Ehrlich & Partners and at the accounting firm of Vexler, Kodenzick & Partners. Tzvia holds a BA in Accounting and Economics, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a certified CPA – Member of the Israeli Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Nahum Hai, COO
Nahum brings over 16 years of experience in leading project/product management, system integration, development, and business experience in communications and telecom. Leading the departments of VAS engineering, service development and 3G engineering of the largest Israeli cellular operator (Cellcom, NYSE:CEL), Nahum lead the delivery of cross-organization complex customer projects both of in-house development and of customized commercial systems serving over million of active users; Lead system integration and 3rd tier engineering support for production systems generating dozens M$ revenues; Managed SW development of content delivery platforms and internet applications, and was responsible for introducing new products from concept to support .Nahum holds B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology, M.A. in Business Administration from the Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology, and M.A. in Law with specialization in patent law from Haifa University.
Amir Saroka, CTO
Amir Saroka has extensive experience in wireless communication, RF and signal processing technologies. He has ten years of experience serving at an elite electronics R&D unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense where he headed projects concerning wireless and wired communication, software engineering, embedded software, signal processing, digital circuit design and more. He holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.
Dr. Aharon (Ronnie) Abbo, MD., CMO
Dr. Abbo is an Internal medicine physician with over a decade of experience in the medical device industry.Prior to working at Sensible, Ronnie worked at Johnson and Johnson corporate in Israel, Europe and the US. He brings broad experience of clinical strategy development and execution record in relation to new product development, pre-commercial evaluations evidence generation and product launch. Dr. Abbo obtained his Medical Degree from Ben-Gurion University, Negev in 1996 and an Internal Medicine specialty (summa cum laude) in 2002 from Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, Israel with a year of training at the New-York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan, NYC. Dr. Abbo also holds a Masters in Internal Medicine from the CME School Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel–Aviv University, an author of a textbook chapter and has multiple medical publications and patents.
Gal Meister, Chief Development Officer
Gal Meister brings more than twenty years of experience in development of multi-disciplinary systems, combining electronics, mechanical and real-time software. As Chief Development Officer at Sensible Medical Innovations, he drives the company’s technological innovation and product development excellence, to create an optimal fit with market needs. Prior to joining Sensible, Mr. Meister served as Vice President of R&D and Production at Angioslide Ltd., where he played a major role in the development & manufacturing of multiple medical devices. Mr. Meister holds an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv, M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tel Aviv, and another degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tel Aviv.
Shlomi Bergida, VP Product Management
Shlomi Bergida has extensive experience in taking projects from the concept level, through definition, to fully operational, field-proven systems. He has eight years of experience serving at an elite electronics R&D unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense where he headed various large scale projects of R&D activities. His areas of expertise include multidisciplinary system definition, design, and implementation. He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.
Nadav Mizrahi, VP R&D
Nadav Mizrahi has wide expertise in system design, high performance digital hardware, micro-wave systems, ASIC and board level design, R&D and QA team management. He has eight years of experience serving at an elite electronics R&D unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Nadav lead the research and development of various digital and analogue platforms designed to fit within high performance and reliable communication systems. He holds a M.Sc. in Bio-Medical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.
Inbal Ben-Tzvi, VP Regulatory Affairs
Ms. Ben-Tzvi has over 15 years experience in the medical industry, carrying different regulatory, clinical and quality assurance responsibilities chaperoning IVDs, Medical devices, drugs and biologics products on their way from development to the market. Her experience includes working for both Israeli and US companies and addressing regulatory authorities requirements of over 20 different countries. Inbal holds a Master of Science degree from the Weizmann institute of science and holds the RAPS regulatory affairs certificate (RAC).
Eran Kurman, VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Kurman brings over 15 years of medical device industry experience in senior corporate and strategic roles with proven ability to delivering optimal results and business value in high growth environments. In his most recent role as VP Global Commercialization Strategy, Mr. Kurman built and led the strategic commercial planning and execution of an innovative diabetes monitoring products for LabStyle Innovations. Prior to that, Eran held positions of increasing commercial leadership responsibilities in companies such as Ethicon Inc., a Johnson and Johnson company, and Lumenis Ltd. Mr. Kurman holds a B.Med.Sc from the Ben-Gurion University and a M.A. in Business Administration from the University of Haifa.
