Amir Ronen has served in senior management roles at leading companies. As VP of Marketing & Business Development at M-Systems (previously NSDQ:FLSH), a company that was acquired by Sandisk. In strategic planning at Intel Corp (NSDQ: INTC), and as VP of Strategic Alliances at Saifun (NSDQ:SFUN), a company that was acquired by Spansion. Amir holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg (Northwestern University)-Recanati (Tel-Aviv University) International Executive MBA program.
Tzvia Broida has served as a member of the executive team of Jacada, (NASDAQ: JCDA). In her role as Chief Financial Officer she took an active role in the company’s strategic processes, managed and participated in numerous M&A and Due-Diligence processes, was responsible for planning, controlling and directing the organization’s corporate accounting and finance activities, and was responsible for all Investor relation activities. Previously, Mrs. Broida worked as an accountant at the accounting firms of Yehuda Ehrlich & Partners and at the accounting firm of Vexler, Kodenzick & Partners. Tzvia holds a BA in Accounting and Economics, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a certified CPA – Member of the Israeli Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Frak has over 20 years of experience in management and Sales positions in international medical devices and biotech companies. In his last position, he served as Managing Director of Biometrix Medical, a medical devices company active in the cardiology and surgical fields, in which he was responsible for the company’s operations, sales and marketing, business development, and others. Prior to that, Mr. Frak served as the President of Mennen Medical, EVP at Wisesec, and at other medical companies as a top executive. Mr. Frak has extensive experience in the global medical devices’ market, and he managed and established distributors worldwide. Mr. Frak holds a BHS & Business degree from Florida Atlantic University.
Nahum brings over 16 years of experience in leading project/product management, system integration, development, and business experience in communications and telecom. Leading the departments of VAS engineering, service development and 3G engineering of the largest Israeli cellular operator (Cellcom, NYSE:CEL), Nahum lead the delivery of cross-organization complex customer projects both of in-house development and of customized commercial systems serving over million of active users; Lead system integration and 3rd tier engineering support for production systems generating dozens M$ revenues; Managed SW development of content delivery platforms and internet applications, and was responsible for introducing new products from concept to support .Nahum holds B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology, M.A. in Business Administration from the Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology, and M.A. in Law with specialization in patent law from Haifa University.
Amir Saroka has extensive experience in wireless communication, RF and signal processing technologies. He has ten years of experience serving at an elite electronics R&D unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense where he headed projects concerning wireless and wired communication, software engineering, embedded software, signal processing, digital circuit design and more. He holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.
Shlomi Bergida has extensive experience in taking projects from the concept level, through definition, to fully operational, field-proven systems. He has eight years of experience serving at an elite electronics R&D unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense where he headed various large scale projects of R&D activities. His areas of expertise include multidisciplinary system definition, design, and implementation. He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.
Nadav Mizrahi has wide expertise in system design, high performance digital hardware, micro-wave systems, ASIC and board level design, R&D and QA team management. He has eight years of experience serving at an elite electronics R&D unit in the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Nadav lead the research and development of various digital and analogue platforms designed to fit within high performance and reliable communication systems. He holds a M.Sc. in Bio-Medical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.
